Conceptual and Main Design of the “GREEN CITY” Complex Buildings

Our company has developed the conceptual and main design for multi-family residential buildings with commercial activities, with a height of Po+Pr+5, to be realized within the attractive “GREEN CITY” complex in Podgorica.

The planned buildings are located on Urban Plot No. 12 (UP 12), within the scope of the Amendments to the Detailed Urban Plan “Radoje Dakić”. The project covers cadastral parcels No. 1503/7, 1503/8, and 1503/91, KO Podgorica I.

This project represents a significant contribution to the further development of modern urban housing in Podgorica, combining high-quality living with commercial amenities within a unique architectural concept.
