Supervision of works on the regulation of the bed of the river Lim in Berane

Within the framework of the West Balkans Drina River Basin Management Project (WBDRB), the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Montenegro engaged our company to provide consulting services related to the implementation of the project “Regulation of the river bed of the Lim urban zone of Berane”.

The project entitled “Regulation of the bed of the river Lim in the urban area of ​​Berane” includes solutions for overcoming the existing threats to the watercourse of the river Lim in a length of 1200 m, with a special focus on stabilizing the bed and protecting the coast from floods. The regulation of the river involves covering the river bed with stone in cement mortar and arranging the promenade along the river bank along the crown of protective embankments.
The obligations of our company on this project are:

– Monitoring the execution of works

– Verification of the quality of works, quality control of final works

– Reporting and documentation

– Cost and budget revision

– Control of compliance with safety and environmental standards

The value of the investment is approximately 5 million euros.
