Conceptual Design of Hydro-Technical Installations for the CONDO Hotel – Block 14, Bečići

Our company prepared the Conceptual Design of hydro-technical installations for the CONDO Hotel P = 30.000 m², located on urban parcels UP 14.1 and 14.2, which form Block 14 within the Detailed Urban Plan (DUP) “Bečići”, Municipality of Budva.

The hydro-technical installations designed within this project include:

Water supply systems, ensuring reliable delivery of potable and technical water throughout the hotel complex;
Foul sewerage systems, designed for efficient collection and discharge of wastewater;
Stormwater drainage systems, for the safe collection and removal of rainwater from all surfaces;
Internal fire protection installations, including hydrant networks to meet fire safety standards.

This conceptual design ensures that the planned hotel complex is equipped with modern, functional, and compliant infrastructure, supporting high service standards and sustainable operation.
